Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping: Available on select orders

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is currently unavailable. (Update if you ship to Canada or other markets.)

Delays: G3M Exquisite is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please get in touch with us at info@g3mexquisite.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
